2. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@querylab.io with your account email. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
3. Cancellation
Cancel anytime in Settings or by emailing us. You keep access until your billing period ends. Your data remains accessible.
4. Not Refundable
- Google BigQuery costs (billed directly by Google)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
